Reset Button Ps4 Controller. Go to Settings. Connect a wired controller to PS4 with USB cable. First find the reset button of your controller. The controller worked there and I reset to default settings although rebuild databases may have worked.
Select Bluetooth Devices. Log in with your second working controller and navigate to the Settings in the PS4s top menu. Connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable and press the PS button. Insert another end of the controller into the USB port on your PS4. Factory resetting your DualShock 4 controller can be a usefu. Hold the button for a few seconds and then release it.
Turn over the DualShock 4 controller and locate at the small hole near the left shoulder button.
